How do I cancel or reschedule my tour?
You can cancel your booking from the My Bookings page. To reschedule, please cancel the existing booking and create a new one with your preferred date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
How are guides assigned to my tour?
Guides are matched based on availability, language preferences, specialties, and the stops in your itinerary. You will be notified once a guide is assigned and can chat with them directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, Bitcoin/Lightning payments, and pay-during-tour (cash to your guide). All online payments are processed securely.
Can I modify my itinerary after booking?
Yes, you can add or remove stops from your itinerary page. The price will automatically recalculate based on the updated duration and group size.
How do I become a guide on Vamos?
Visit the Guide Portal and sign in with your Google account. Fill out your profile with your bio, languages, specialties, and availability. Our team will review and approve your application.
What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?
Your guide will adapt the itinerary to include more indoor stops or covered areas. If severe weather makes the tour unsafe, you can reschedule at no extra cost.
